Senior Marketing Director 

This position allowed me to enhance my executive skills by offering marketing and sales support to the company. My objective was to research, qualify, and contact potential clients to persuade them to consider our firm for designing and building their future luxury home. This was a one-of-a-kind opportunity, as the architecture firm specializes solely in the top tier of residential housing in Hawaii. My duties included reviewing public records for information on recent property sales and purchases to identify potential clients with the means to undertake such projects.

In addition, I was responsible for managing the budget, purchasing media, creating print ads, directing PPC search ads, conducting photo shoots, updating the company website, and performing various office tasks, such as booking travel accommodations and managing the company's short- and long-term vacation rental properties.
